Poland Client Visited to Test Roll Forming Machine

The new customers are from Poland, Peter and Anthony came to our factory for seeing machines on April 11th in 2019,they were very much interested in our purlin machine, they look around our workshop and get high comments on our C purlin roll forming machine, they said our structure of machine is good, stronger and machine designed very beautiful. After visited our factory, they had a dinner with us, talk some topic about scenery, Chinese food and so on, in a word, they was satisfied with our factorym,after two weeks, they ordered a big purlin machine at 5mm thickness from us. Now the machine is producting at our factory now.

Storage Space Requirement. Acceptable Quality Material. Running Across “bad Material” Is Not A Rare Occurrence. Perhaps The Supplied Materials Was Either Unsuitable For The Product, Or It Could Have Been Incorrectly Specified.

However , When Troubleshooting Of The Gear And Tooling Does Not Yield Quick Results, The Material Is Far Too Frequently, And Often Incorrectly, Blamed For The Bad Items. Proper Equipment Suitable For Forming The Product. There Is No Plant Without Complaints About The Roll

However , Incorrectly Specified, Slow, Weak, Or Low-quality Lines Can't Be Made Competitive Against Faster And Better Lines.

A Organization Can Have An Excellent Product, Good Materials, The Best Equipment And Tooling, But Is Still Unable To Produce Competitively Without Knowledgeable People.
