This Electrical Cabinet C Shape Roll Forming Machine production line is composed of a molding machine.  The production line consists of passive material rack, servo material pulling + hydraulic punching holes, feeding + molding, shearing (pneumatic tracking) and other machines  

Composition.  

The molding part of the main machine is about 8 meters in total length, and the equipment adopts a linear layout. The whole line covers an area of about 15 meters in length and 1.5 meters in width (chain drive).  

The working efficiency of the forming part is about 0-5m/min (non-stop tracking and cutting), and the whole line operation has a total of 1 operator.  

The whole production line adopts PLC control, touch screen as the operation interface, to adjust the motion parameters and process parameters of the production line, and has display equipment  

Operating status monitoring, alarm information and other functions.
